I offer a flexible range of freelance editorial services from copyediting to full-length manuscript evaluations.
Cover Letter and Query Letter Review
I will edit and proofread a 1-2 page cover or query letter. This service can also be used for other pieces under two pages (e.g. résumés, personal statements etc.)
$40 flat fee.
Copyediting and Line Editing
I will read and annotate your piece with in-line edits concerning grammar, syntax, and continuity as well as structure, flow, clarity and engagement.
Poetry Packet (3-5 poems)
$40 flat fee.
Poetry Manuscript (30-100 pages)
$150 flat fee.
Short Story/Essay (under 10,000 words)
Up to 5,000 words: $50 flat fee.
Up to 10,000 words: $100 flat fee.
Fiction/Memoir/Hybrid Manuscript
$250 flat fee.
Editorial Letter
I will read your manuscript and write a 1-2 page editorial letter assessing what works and what doesn’t on a global level. I will make suggestions for developmental revision and suggest venues for submission.

Zoom Sessions / Additional Edits
If you would like to meet to discuss writing, consult regarding publication opportunities, or add a session onto one of the services above in order to discuss your edits, I’m happy to meet over Zoom or the phone.
I can also add additional rounds of edits onto the services above.
$40 per hour.
Payment
All flat fees are due up front. If I take on a project, I will provide an invoice and commence work on receipt of payment. Zoom sessions or editorial work at my hourly rate will be invoiced on receipt of those services.
